WSET Level 2 Award in Wines – Compact Wine Knowledge at an Intermediate Level Master the essentials of wine with an internationally recognised qualification. The WSET Level 2 Award in Wines offers structured, in-depth wine knowledge designed for wine professionals and serious enthusiasts. Covering over 20 key grape varieties and more than 70 wine-growing regions, this course balances theoretical insights with practical tasting exercises. 1. Booking Policy: • As part of the course registration, participants must provide their full name, date of birth, email address, postal address, and any special requirements. • Course materials are dispatched once payment has been received. 2. Rescheduling Policy: • Up to 4 weeks before the course start date: Rescheduling is free of charge. • From 4 to 2 weeks before the course start date: 20% of the course fee will be retained. • Less than 2 weeks before the course start date: Rescheduling is not possible. When rescheduling a course, the already paid fees will be credited under the following conditions: ➨The new course date must be attended within one year. ➨If the new course date has a higher price, additional costs will apply. 3. Replacement/Substitution of Participant: • Up to 3 weeks before the course start date: Replacement is free of charge. • Less than 3 weeks before the course start date: Replacement may not be possible, or another exam date will need to be arranged, and an administrative fee plus exam costs may apply. The new participant must provide their full personal details, including full name, date of birth, email, phone number, and address. 4. Refund Policy: • Up to 4 weeks before the course start date: 100% refund minus a €75 administration fee and a €139 material cost. • Less than 4 weeks before the course start date: No refund is possible. Refunds are only applicable if the course has not been rescheduled or transferred to another person. ➨All requests regarding No. 2, No. 3, and No. 4 must be made via email to office@grapeskills.com and are subject to confirmation. 5. Cancellation/Rescheduling by the Organizer: • If the minimum number of participants is not met, the course may be postponed or cancelled up to 2 weeks before the start date. A full refund or an alternative date will be offered. • Participants may inquire at any time via email at office@grapeskills.com whether the minimum number of participants has been reached. • If unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure, trainer illness) cause cancellation, an alternative date or full refund will be provided. 6. WSET Exams Policy: • Candidates must present an official photo ID e.g. passport, ID card or driving license to sit a WSET examination. Candidates who do not bring this ID will not be admitted to the examination.
