Online Tuition: 28 April to 25 May 2025 Registration deadline: 15 April 2025 Online exam: 04 June 2025 at 6 pm (CET) or contact us if you wish a classroom exam date. This 4-week course is divided into 5 modules and delivered via WSET's Digital Classroom with a dedicated WSET Educator for this time. Each module has activities to help students understand the learning content. We highly recommend you log in to the course platform at least once a week and dedicate at least three hours weekly to cover the online activities. Regular access and participation in the activities are essential for this mode of study. What you will learn: • The main types and styles of wine • Common wine grapes and their characteristics • How to make food and wine pairings • How to store and serve wine • How to taste and describe wine using the WSET Level 1 Systematic Approach to Tasting® Wine (SAT) Upon successful completion, you will receive the internationally recognised WSET® Certificate. ➨Please note: Wines are not included in the cost of this course. After enrolling for the course, you will get guidance on what styles to taste. What is included: • Access to WSET's Digital Classroom for one year • Online tutor during the course time • E-book • One examination attempt (either online or in-person) • The WSET® Certificate on successful completion Entry requirements: • No formal qualifications are required. Candidates should be over 18 years of age. Basic computer literacy, internet navigation skills, and good English understanding. Technical Support: • For the optimum experience of the Online Classroom, we recommend that you use a computer browser, namely Chrome or Firefox. The Online Classroom does not support Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge. Examination: • 30 multiple-choice questions to be answered in 45 minutes. A mark of 70% is required to pass. • To sit your examination online*, you will need a computer or laptop (no tablet) and an additional smart device, such as a smartphone or tablet. *More information will be shared with you once you enroll. ➨ If you wish to arrange a new date, please contact us via email: office@grapeskills.com at least 15 days before the examination date mentioned above.

1. Booking Policy: • As part of the course registration, all applicants must provide their full name, date of birth, phone number, email address, postal address, and any special requirements. • Bookings made after the registration deadline will not be accepted. In this case we will offer the next available course date or refund the course fee. 2. Cancellation and Refund Policy: • Upon booking with Grape Skills, students are immediately enrolled onto the WSET Learning Platform. This modality of course is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled by Grape Skills. 3. WSET Policy: • Students who are unable to attend the weekly lessons can still catch up and will have access to their learning platform for 12 months from the date of enrolment. • Exams: In line with WSET guidelines, all WSET courses offered by Grape Skills include a one-off examination, whose date is linked to the course date. We can reschedule a new date up to 15 days before the original exam day. The new exam date must be attended within one year. ➨ All rescheduling requests must be made via email to office@grapeskills.com and are subject to confirmation and administration fees may apply.
