The WSET® wine course for beginners ​This qualification provides a practical introduction to the world of wine for those with no previous knowledge. You will have the opportunity to explore the main types and styles of wine using your senses of sight, smell and taste and to acquire the skills to identify a wine's main characteristics. You will also understand the key principles of food and wine pairings. Upon successful completion of the course, you will be awarded a WSET certificate and pin.

➨ Assessment: The course ends with a closed-book exam consisting of 30 multiple-choice questions to be completed in 45 minutes.
 
➨ Entry requirements: No previous wine knowledge is required . Candidates should be over 18 years of age (Minors aged 16 and over need a written consent of their legal guardian).
