At first it was just her dream to become a spirits trainer, then it became a project and now it is reality.
Trilingual, Hiltraut worked for several years in a famous cognac house, was allowed to get to know the noble cognac qualities and was able to develop a passion for spirits.
Her fondness for Grand Arôme rum led her to the island of Réunion. With the ambition to improve her knowledge of rum in particular and of high-quality spirits in general, she worked for several months in a rum distillery.
She continued her education in London and was able to complete her knowledge and tasting skills with the WSET Level 3 Award in Spirits.
Today, she shares her passion by also teaching and organising tastings in Bordeaux.
